Nice medium size European grocery store. Smaller than AA but here I never been overcharged. Additional reward for barrel herring. Wish they have another location at Belmont. Definitely will back for more as soon as they stock up more with Ukrainian produce.

Dropped Jeter off to be groomed and visited this place next door: Golden Key European Food Store here in Indian Trail - picked up some pirogies to try ahead of Christmas!! Clean, well organized, nice variety of unique items and the woman very helpful with recommendations (I can’t read Ukrainian 😂) - Worth a visit! We have been back many times and they are gracious and helpful and we love the pirogies!

Golden Key Deli has every imported good you need. High Quality, a well maintained store, and friendly owners. When we entered, we met an American Man who fell in love with Latvian Ice Cream and walked out with his arms filled with Plumbir. We had such a great time talking with him and he was so grateful for the great service there. We're from the Chicagoland area and missed our community European Store. When my husband and I walked out, he said "It finally feels like home". We will be returning! Thank you, Golden Key!

The good place to find Russian food, especially if you are starving of red caviar and other treats. Liked this place, the woman cashier was so nice and friendly. But my advice: look closely to the expiration date of products. The store has a good assortment of Soviet food but the Soviet style of business too. We totally forgot that expired items can be sold like it was in Soviet Union. So, just check everything before you place it in your cart;)

I was craving pierogies (real Russian pierogies like grandma used to make). I didn't want to spend 7 hours making them. Golden Key has fresh pierogies. And they did not disappoint!

Through these tough times it's hard to take a one star so I will keep it at 3 stars. In all honesty it should be one because I keep going back thinking I may get a product that's not expired and I keep forgetting to double check before ordering but it just happens to consistent. It's definitely authentic Russian food, but it seems like the expiration is a very serious problem here. I have been to Asian markets and to other Russian stores but this one seems to have that one issue. Don't be naive, always double-check the expiration date. You May save yourself a lot money on products that you will be throwing out.

We love Golden Key Market. Wonderful variety of deli meats cheeses, bread, fresh cakes, candies, chocolate. Nice varieties of grocery and freezer foods Ukrainian and Russian varieties we love. Delicious. .. Excellent service. Our son is from Ukraine so we go to the market to buy all of his favorite treats.
